Access
- La Casa au Lilas Rosa is very easy to find and is easily accessible from both Alicante and Valencia airports which are around 100km from La Casa.
- The local roads are the CV-745 and CV-741 which are in close proximity to the N332 and AP-7.
- Parking is available opposite La Casa – off street but safe and secure
- Not suitable for wheelchair users or those with physical disabilities due to the 31 steps up to the villa from the entrance gate

Outdoor areas to relax
If you are here to relax and enjoy the Spanish sun, our Casa will not let you down! We have equipped it to enable you to soak up the sunshine in peaceful surroundings. Our outdoor facilities consist of a large private pool and hydromassage jacuzzi spa. You can also relax on the outdoor sofa or on the poolside sunbeds. There are ample grassed areas to relax on and soak up the sun. La Casa stands proudly on a warm, sunny hill with full sunshine from sunrise to sunset. The terraces allow you to enjoy the warmth of the Spanish sun at all times of the day. La Casa also has a newly built snug area providing shade and protection for those who prefer a little less heat.
Outdoor areas to eat
The main terrace has a purpose built snug area consisting of a large family table and Camping Gaz barbecue; perfect for outdoor dining. There is an outdoor bar area with bar stools and a breakfast bar placed conveniently in front of the outdoor TV.

One of the best things about being in Spain is the ability to eat outside, even in winter! We have two fire pits to keep you warm in the winter months, just in case… The snug also provides shade from the blazing sun in the summer months.

Indoor dining and catering
The front door opens immediately into the fully-equipped kitchen which leads directly to the small eating area adequate for 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with many appliances to ease your time at La Casa, including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge freezer, coffee machine, juicer, toaster and smoothie maker.
Indoor relaxing area
The indoor downstairs lounge is adjacent to the dining area and leads onto one of the upstairs bedrooms via a spiral staircase. The sofa bed enables additional guests to stay without taking up one of the designated bedrooms. The lounge is cosy and warm thanks to the newly installed log-burner. An initial large basket of logs is provided upon arrival. Additional wood can be purchased from La Casa (€5 per basket) or any local garage, usually priced at €5 per bag. Additional seating allows guests to sit and enjoy international TV.

Indoor dining and catering
The dining area has stunning views of the valley and is baked in sunshine from late morning until late afternoon. As La Casa also has an outdoor kitchen situated on the top terrace, the second floor kitchen is smaller than that of the downstairs one. However, it is also fully functional and complete with an ice maker in the American style fridge freezer
Second floor lounge
This is a large lounge with a large sofa, flatscreen TV, open fire and views overlooking the pool and valley. During the summer months an additional small sofa bed can be used by an extra guest in the lounge area.

Bedroom One
Carpe Diem
Super king downstairs bedroom with adequate space to sleep up to three guests. There is a private shower room with double wash hand basins and toilet situated just off the dining room. This room is cooler in the summer due to its downstairs location and small windows which give views of the pool bar, seating area and pool.

one extra guest.
Bedroom Two
Carpe Noctem
Large double bedroom to sleep up to two guests complete with ensuite shower, toilet and wash hand basin. This room is also downstairs and is located off the dining room. Due to the small windows, this room remains cool in the summer and enjoys views of the pool area.

The upstairs double room is accessed via the spiral staircase located in the lounge. It has an ensuite shower room complete with toilet and wash hand basin. This room has views up the valley and of La Casa’s very own orange trees.

The upstairs second double room is accessed via the dining area or through its own ensuite shower room from the hallway. This room has views up the valley and is cool in the summer due to the breeze which flows down the valley.
